Phill Martin

Phill Martin is the chief executive officer of The Church Network. Combining 40+ years of experience in non-profit management, team building, and leadership coaching across varied audiences, he brings a unique combination of experience and training to the support of organizational teams and individuals.

Currently, Phill provides leadership in executive management, network development, conference leadership, and speaker to this professional association with 50+ chapters, four training centers, and professional publications. Phill holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation of the American Society of Association Executives. He is a certified coach through the International Coach Federation (ACC) and holds the TCN’s Certified Church Administrator (CCA) designation. Phill is a CoreClarity® CliftonStrengths® facilitator.
